Brothers Services Company is seeking a dynamic Siding Field Quality Manager to join Baltimore's top-rated remodeling company!

The Field Quality Manager (FQM) will work closely with production team members to provide quality and timely production through excellent customer service and time management.
A successful FQM will conduct regular job sites visits. During these visits, the FQM will assess project progress, schedule accuracy, job site cleanliness and overall quality and accuracy of craftsmanship.
The FQM will conduct thorough and professional pre-construction meetings with homeowners and design consultants. The FQM acts as the main point of contact between the carpenter and the office as well as a resource for the customer.
We seek someone with 3-5 years of experience as a lead carpenter or foreman. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of the construction process, scheduling, sub-contractor management and quality o f craftsmanship. Strong communication skills and organization are very important to the success of this role.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
