Budget and Fiscal Services (BFS) is responsible for the management of all agency financial activities including Accounting, Budgeting, Contractual Agreements, Financial Systems, Grants, and Payroll. The division consists of the Budget Section, the Accounting Section, the Financial Systems and Payroll Section, and the Contracting Section.
Duties
This position supports the mission of the Washington State Patrol (WSP) by collecting timely and receipting accurately, revenues, reimbursements, and receivables due to the agency enhancing the agency’s fiscal ability to continue providing public safety services.
Our new teammate will be able to:
Process deposits in accordance with the appropriate policies and procedures.- Process credit card receipting and deposits in accordance with the appropriate policies and procedures.
- Add and maintain customer accounts to include communicating regularly with customers.
- Process corrections and reconciliations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.- Must have basic math and keyboarding skills.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Washington State Driver's License.
