Now under new ownership, Los Angeles Harley-Davidson is ramping up to be the number one dealer in Southern California.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Welcome all customers to the dealership
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs and desires
• Provide information on the motorcycles, offer test rides and complete tours of the dealership
• Completing timely follow up through phone calls, e-mails and text messages selling the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers
• Updating of Customer Relationship Management System to manage workload on a daily basis
• We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• No sales experience required, we will train you
• Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
• Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling
• Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
• Motivated by commission and eager to improve
• Time management skills to be consistently productive
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Compensation:

• Industry leading compensation based on performance
• Large, aggressive sold volume based bonuses
• 10 Sold per month estimate = $56,000+/year
• 15 Sold per month estimate = $96,000+/year
• 20 Sold per month estimate = $145,000+/year
