Job Summary

Monday to Friday - No Weekends - No Evenings!!

G&L Student Transportation has been proudly providing safe and reliable transportation service to the Bechtelsville, PA area for over 50 years! We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual to join our team today! What we offer:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs preventative maintenance to fleet vehicles, primarily school buses with some transit vehicles.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs vehicle repairs.
• Test drives repaired equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean, productive and efficient work area.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and have a CDL license
• Own the recommended minimum Hand tools for a Diesel Technician
• Subject to all required background checks; physicals and drug screen
• Possess a combination of education and technical experience including a minimum of 4 years diesel service and fleet experience
• ASE Diesel Certifications Strongly Preferred, or must be able/willing to obtain
• High Value on Master Level Diesel Techs
