PROSPECT AT SCRIBNER'S LODGE SEEKS FOOD RUNNER
Prospect, the on-site restaurant at Scribner's Catskill Lodge, is seeking a Food Runner to join our incredible team.
Prospect Restaurant and Bar serves a playful twist on local cuisine inspired by the rich and diverse offerings of the Hudson Valley. Our dining room has floor to ceiling windows, mountain views and a large circular bar with cast-iron stoves. Just off the bar is a large cedar deck featuring outdoor dining and a fire pit. Our on-site garden provides much of our produce and we enjoy working with local farmers and purveyors.

Scribner's Catskill Lodge is set in the bucolic Catskill Mountains. Renovated and re-established in 2016, our Lodge is a year round attraction for urban explorers looking to explore the Catskills. With thoughtful design, friendly service, and delicious food and drinks served in our onsite restaurant, Prospect, the Lodge has become the perfect basecamp for weekend adventurers and midweek escapists. In addition to our 38 guest rooms and suites, we offer multiple indoor and outdoor event spaces, a redesigned outdoor pool, and over 20 acres of mountainside to explore.
