We are hiring immediately! We're needing a full-time front desk receptionist at our Everett branch. Join THS and help us meet the demand for behavioral health services in the Puget Sound region.
Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications/Required Experience:
- Responsible for scanning and attaching of client documents into the patient electronic chart.
- Routinely checks for accuracy of scanned documents to ensure documents are attached and readable, and in the proper patient file.
- Responsible for processing medical record requests.
- Serves as a back-up to front desk receiving incoming phone calls for the location; answers questions, routes calls, takes messages, and refers to community agencies.
- Serves as a back-up to front desk maintaining current and accurate counseling, medical and intake appointment schedules and makes appointments for same via computer.
- Miscellaneous typing to include correspondence, reports, forms, etc.
- Maintains up-to-date procedures as they relate to this position.
- Conveys warm, helpful image to patients/guests via phone and in person. · Responsible for miscellaneous patient tracking as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
- Attends all staff meetings and unit meetings as required. Other support duties and committee involvements as assigned by the Support Manager and Site Supervisor.
Receptionist Requirements & Qualifications:
- General office experience
- Customer Service skills to include phone skills
- Familiarity with: office products, equipment and procedures.
- Experience with computer, data entry and record maintenance.
- Be able to sit and stand
- Excellent organizational skills
- Two years prior experience to include similar duties; experience in a medical setting preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

COVID-19 considerations:
As of September 1, 2021, all THS employees will be required to be fully vaccinated (one dose of the Johnson & Johnson or two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines). You must submit proof of vaccination upon hire.
