Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time) Job at Alite Laser
Alite Laser Hair Removal & Skin Rejuvenation is currently searching for a part-time receptionist to join our team at our Cedar Park location! This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, pays strong attention to detail, works well with others, is flexible, dependable and has a cheerful demeanor.
Schedule & Hours:
- Thursday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Potential to expand to 5 days/week in the future.
*Cedar Park is open Monday - Saturday. Hours may vary based on technician schedules and appointments booked for the day. All offices are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day and select holidays.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Understanding of services and products
- Answer phone calls and text messages
- Book appointments
- Check clients in and out
- Processing payments
- General filing and office work
- Problem solving
- Supply management
- Opening and/or closing the office
- Detailed cleaning of office
Skills:
- Customer Service

- Previous salon/spa experience is a plus but not required
