Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a Concierge of Client Experience with interest in Real Estate and Property Management to join our Lux Offices team! You will be responsible for assisting our property manager, existing clients and potential clients with service information, project management and resolving issues.
Responsibilities: This role will require a breadth of skills
- Ability to understand, support, embrace, develop and enhance the Lux Brand Experience
- The "Cheer-Leader" of our service culture with the ability to recognize and reinforce behaviors that exceed the Lux service standard
- Handle client office inquiries professionally and complaints carefully
- Provide information about the products and services with tours and walk-ins
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services within the industry
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Property Management would be very helpful
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the understanding of financial implications
- High Emotional Intelligence with the ability to excel in a fast paced, and sometimes challenging environment
- Excellent judgement with critical thinking skills
- Excellent, timely, written and verbal communication skills
