Essential Functions

• Embody Accel’s Core Values, as described below.
• Clean, sanitize and wrap wares for storage / use.
• Prepare dishware, glassware, and flatware orders for the operation.
• Pull wares orders to appropriate loading bays for operations crew.
• Maintain active communication with other Accel team members, to ensure product inventory is proactively managed.
• Keep an organized, clean dishwashing environment.
• Other department duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

• Ability to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines is a must.
• Ability to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• For this position must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs.  Please let  Accel know of any physical limitations.

Communication:

• Written/verbal communication skills
• Must have a smart phone with the ability to download and use applications
• Ability to use Accel company mobile application.

Work Environment:

• This is an hourly shift 8am - 430pm.
• This position primarily operates in a  warehouse.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

How we’ll measure your success (key performance indicators):

• On-time completion of assigned tasks at 95% or more. This includes showing up on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
• 95% or higher in product identification/SOP test
