For over 50 years our friendly, knowledgeable and professional greenhouse staff at Quality Flowers and Plants have been growing flowers for the Utah market. We have a reputation for growing a high quality product. We supply florists, landscapers and home gardeners landscaping their yards.
General Labor / Greenhouse Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to learn about flowers and work with a great group of people.
- Follow directions, Dependable and hard working
- Apply pesticides and weed killer when needed
- General Greenhouse Work
- Moving plants, setting up displays, planting flowers, etc...
- Run the flat filling machine with one or two other people
Ideal Candidates:
- A high energy individual with the stamina for a physically demanding position.
- Ability to pull a 100' hose.
- Self motivated to get the job done in a timely manner.
- Able to follow instructions, stay focused and work through teamwork.
- Careful, responsible, dependable and conscientious while being efficient.
- The ideal candidate would develop into a Team Leader during the preparation and implementation of our spring bedding plant season. Such as: Flat Filling Crew Team Lead or Transplant Team Lead.
