General Manager 3 - Food to join our team at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. Dana Farber Cancer Institute since its founding in 1947, has been committed to providing adults and children with cancer with the best treatment available today while developing tomorrow's cures through cutting-edge research. This account is a Management fee account with a MV of 7million. There are 4 points of service at this account; 1 main cafe, 2 satellite locations within walking distance, and catering operations with a MV of 6 million.
The General Manager 3 - Food will be responsible for day to day operations, including retail and catering. Duties include managing a team of 25 direct reports and ensuring catering events are set up and executed. The ideal candidate will have catering management experience.
The successful candidate will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- manage the set-up and execution of all catered events.
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and/or
- ensure Sodexo standards are met.

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule.
