This 16,000 sqft facility will feature 9 state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators, a casual fine dining restaurant with 80 person dining room, two full service craft cocktail bars, a stage and lounge area for live music and a speakeasy whiskey library with chefs table.

1899 Social Club is looking for friendly golf liaisons to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be welcoming guests and getting them set up on one of our 9 TrackMan simulators. It is your job to communicate how the system works and help guide our guests through the game options so they have the best possible experience. Throughout their stay your job is add value to their golfing experience and answer any golf question they have. We take pride in providing excellent customer service with care and urgency, along with thoughtful provisions, craft cocktails, excellent food and stellar service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guest in a warm and friendly manner
• Knowledge of TrackMan, with the ability to make suggestions and solve any issues that arise
• Helps patrons select course, games or driving range options
• Sets guests’ up on selected option
• Monitors guests and solves any issues regarding TrackMan
• Ensures patrons are enjoying themselves and take action to correct any problems
• Observes reservations and ensures guests’ arrive and depart from their bays in a timely manner
• Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payments, delivering bills and payments and returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons
• Cooperate and communicate with all staff
• Helps fellow team members and others departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Performs opening and closing duties, as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
