We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Government Funding and Subsidy teams. In this role, you will support the large team that is responsible for the oversight and processing our government subsidy funding for our centers. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, and information, and monitor for unusual items and resolve and/or escalate as appropriate. * Coordinate new hires, role changes, promotions and terminations with HR including office space setup, moves and maintenance. * Support capturing information and signatures for government contracts – completing various forms and information requests. * Coordinate meetings and provide meeting support to include preparation of meeting materials, activities, equipment, supplies and food. * Maintain and store subsidy records in accordance with agency and department guidelines and company policies and procedures. * Assist with and/or coordinate special department projects as needed (i.e. annual meetings, visitor accommodations, time sensitive projects, etc.). * Order supplies, arrange travel, and provide calendaring support. Qualifications: * 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role * 10-key proficiency * Strong digital literacy covering financial systems and general office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and email * Highly engaged and establishes effective relationships * Strong organizational agility and problem solving skills * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner by prioritizing work in multi-task environment * Ability to anticipate risks and roadblocks and shift gears comfortably * Overnight travel may be occasionally required * Ability to work overtime hours if needed. * Able to withstand long periods of sitting and frequent use of computer and telephone Our benefits meet you where you are.
