If you are an EXPERIENCED CLOSER who has KILLER NUMBERS, are a serious TEAM PLAYER, and are looking for a place to really put down roots then look no further.

We are an agency that helps personal brands with all their marketing and sales needs for their coaching programs.

We are growing and looking for more A PLAYER CLOSERS who are not lazy and willing to put in work to make some serious CASH!

30 day ramp up for you to learn how we operate and for you to prove you can close. If you prove you can close then we open up your calendar and what you make is in your hands.

Earning potential is uncapped at a commission between 10%-15%.

Should expect to be making $8k - $20k+ per month, depending on your ability.

*If you do not have specific experience as a closer, selling coaching programs, please do not apply*

Responsibilities:

• Sales calls, mostly on Zoom
• Updating and Managing CRM
• Pre-call and Post-Call communication as needed and appropriate
• Good follow up
• Weekly team meeting and 1-1 check in’s
• Learning activities

May be other minimal admin responsibilities Ideal Traits:

• NOT a high pressure, in your face, pushy sales person. If that is you then you won’t be a good fit
• Helpful if you are familiar with or have been trained by Cole Gordon, Jeremy Miner, or similar leaders in the industry
• Easy to get along with and build trust quickly
• 2+ years of high-ticket sales closing (ideally selling coaching programs)
• Strong ability to CLOSE, driven by a desire to help
• Top performer with high conversion stats
• Growth Mindset with a desire to learn and improve
• Attention to detail and solid follow through
• Understand and read people well
• Genuine and authentic Compensation and Culture:
• Generous commission only pay structure, rewarded based on results
• Some degree of flexibility. Important to be available during core hours but can block off personal time as needed and appropriate
• You will receive sales coaching from an experienced sales closer (Our VP of Sales)
• Although we are driven and have high expectations, we also create a fun and authentic culture.
