Amdal In-Home Care provides in home care services throughout the Central Valley and Central Coast. We are currently seeking a Hiring/ Office Coordinator that is familiar with an office environment which includes hiring/recruiting/managing experience in our Tulare location. This position is Monday thru Friday

Position Responsibilities include:

Managing

Ongoing monitoring and assisting supervision of our care giving/transport staff including coaching and performance factors.

Maintaining inventory of paperwork required as a part of interviewing, hiring, and orientation

Assuring the communication of company policies and procedures to field staff

Communicating effectively with customers and management

The ideal candidate should possess most or all of the following qualifications:

· Two years managing employees

· Two years of hiring/recruiting experience

· Organized and detail oriented

· Proficient in data entry

· Strong communication skills with a pleasant personality

Previous office experience

· Ability to take clear and concise messages

· Experience Microsoft Word, Excel and other software applications

· Able to follow instructions and work with little or no supervision

· Knowledgeable of in-home care preferred.

· Knowledge of Indeed

· Ability to pass a thorough background check.
