• Outbound Sales Agent:

  A career as an Outbound Vacation Sales Agent entails selling mini-vacation packages to our Hilton-branded Honor Members and guests that are excited to travel once again. Our innovative contact system connects you to a new guest approximately every 90 seconds while working onsite. The ability to build rapport, overcome objections and meet sales goals are vital to success in this role. Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week.

• Schedule Details: Our Outbound Vacation Sales Department operates Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month. Shifts range between 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and one Saturday between 7:30 am- 4:30 pm (depending on business needs). No Sundays and some major holidays. Multiple shifts are available and will be assigned prior to start. Paid training is provided.

  Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.

Interview Times: Outbound Vacation Sales Agent 10:00am - 3:00pm.
