JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Home Care Clients Recruiter
Report To: Administrator
Summary: Plan and implement community outreach, handle external communications including outreach to families and communities, patients outreach and recruiting of new clients for home care services.
Responsibilities
- Network with individuals and families in the community for the purpose of recruiting seniors, the sick, and persons with disabilities for home care services.
- Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities (nursing homes, assisted living, seniors apartments, etc) in order to generate list of persons needing Home Care services.
- Meet or exceed established clients recruitment targets.
- Generate client referrals from professional referral sources such as nurses, social workers, case workers, care coordinators, physicians, therapists.
- Make presentations to community groups, churches, businesses and social agencies in order to recruit individuals who need home care.
- Promote our home care services to all in the community.
- Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources.
- Develop Marketing Plan for new or existing territory.
- Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
- Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the community.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Minimum of 1 years of proven recruitment or sales experience in generating new clients preferably in the health care industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a recruitment or sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Good communication skills.
- Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.
Qualifications:
GED, High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.
Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Ability to Meet Goals, Patience. Must be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
Pay: $15 to $25 per hour.
