We have an opening for an HR Business Systems Analyst with ERP experience. This is a full time position beginning in January of 2023. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR business systems analysis for a Government / Public Institutions preferably in K-12 or Higher Education.

Our main goal over the next few years is to prepare our client to complete an RFP for a cloud-based ERP system. We will be creating a current inventory of all processes related to Human Resources, dependencies, inputs and outputs, as well as leading future state redesign sessions and creating the final list of weighted requirements to be used for the RFP. We will also be leading focus groups with key stakeholders at specific intervals.

Tasks

  • Leading the current state business process sessions with Human Resource Services Subject Matter Experts
  • Capturing and documenting current state inventory, dependencies, inputs, outputs
  • Leading Future State Redesign sessions - assisting our Subject Matter Experts to better understand how processes can be modernized
  • Creating process flows for the HRS processes, as well as coordinating with the Fiscal Services Business Systems Analyst to complete end-to-end process flows
  • Assist the HRS Department Leads in leading focus groups with designated stakeholders to vet designs and requirements
  • Create the final list of HRS weighted requirements to be used in a vendor ERP RFP
  • Participate in the Vendor RFP, with the vendors to outline demos and overviews, as well as providing feedback to the Subject Matter Experts and department leadership

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience as an analyst in HR / Human Capital Management working with at least one ERP system is a requirement
  • Special consideration will be given to those who have Government and/or K-12 / Higher Ed HR experience
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, or similar program and/or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration, and Business Process Configuration
  • Understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks, ie middleware, transformation logic, data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes.
  • Intermediate / Advanced with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Vizio
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Team-management and leadership skills
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to details even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour
