Draper, Inc. has an exciting Human Resources Associate opportunity. Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Job responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides support during the candidate selection, interview, and on-boarding process.
- Job posting activities including candidate (lists, file information/attendance, tracking timing on HR posting activities, etc.)
- Assisting with the set-up of the HR electronics records project and entering the information into the system
- Back-up weekly payroll
- Support training efforts (records, documents, coordination, etc.)
- Employee relations with "on the floor" presence. Serves as a point of contact to answer general HR-related inquiries and responds to questions or concerns timely and accurately.
- Projects including developing and documenting all job descriptions in a common format.
- Works closely with HR team to evaluate and improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Assists other HR team members with the completion of recurring and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintains employee files and stores relevant documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of HR experience
- Strong computer, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated.
