Job Description:

Our summer superheroes are responsible for repairing the HVAC systems at our resorts. The main responsibility is to keep the equipment cleaned, fixed, and maintained. You will provide stellar customer service by responding to emergency calls promptly and providing routine maintenance to help fix the HVAC system for our guests.

As an HVAC Technician, you will:

• Responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment.
• Responsible for the repair, replace and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
• Work and document a preventative maintenance program
• Repack pumps and compressors, clean condensers, replaces worn or defective parts
• Changes out air conditioning filters, discarding the old ones, replacing them with new filters and labeling prior to installation
• Maintain air handler closets regularly
• Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
• Leaves work area in safe, neat clean conditions

Requirements:

• Valid EPA, Universal License
• At least one year of field experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
