Epic Health Partners is seeking candidates who are Licensed (or Licensed Eligible) as a Clinical Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Virginia. The ideal candidate(s) will provide general oversight of clinical service delivery by providing direct and/or indirect supervision with Qualified Professional bi-weekly/monthly (as designated by program). This includes face-to-face supervision and feedback relative to consumer assessments, admissions, treatment plan development and implementation, treatment plan modification and discharge planning.

Job Duties:

• Provide Supervision
• Progress note review
• Conduct ISP/Quarterly reviews
• Conduct and/or reviews and cosigns (fully licensed only) assessments, diagnose and treatment plans within 24 hours of development or prior to the initiation of treatment
• Submit service authorization requests (SAR) to identified MCO in order to express clinical an medical necessity for requested services
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews with identified MCO, if required
• Conduct collaborative sessions with individuals and Qualified Professionals in order to facilitate the completion of treatment plans and quarterly reviews.
• Assist in oversight of the quantitative and qualitative record review process for individual files; assurance of compliance with contract, accreditation, and licensure expectations and standards
• Demonstrate effective knowledge of Epic Health Partners’ services and build partnerships with potential stakeholders
• Provide individual and family therapy, as indicated, and complete all accompanying documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed or Licensed Eligible as a Clinical Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Virginia
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in working with the population served and in providing the following services: conducting assessments; reviewing assessments; providing monthly staff supervision (individual and group); developing and implementing treatment plan objectives; providing individual and family therapy; and providing crisis/behavioral interventions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
