The Investment Banking Associate will provide strategic advice and execute transactions on behalf of clients in the financial services industry. The Investment Banking Associate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the development of financial models, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting results to clients.

The Investment Banking Associate will provide strategic advice and execute transactions on behalf of clients in the financial services industry. The Investment Banking Associate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the development of financial models, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting results to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis related to M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and other corporate finance activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and management Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Negotiate terms of transactions with clients
- Participate in due diligence activities
- Monitor and assess market conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
- Knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
