Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Co. is looking for a reliable and efficient part time cleaner. Location of job may very, however, most are within Yulee and Fernandina Beach. We services various types of commercial buildings. Currently, most of our accounts are office buildings, dealerships, amenity centers, and warehouses. Because we have a variety of accounts with different cleaning times, we are able to be flexible with hours you may prefer to work.

What you have to do as a Commercial Cleaner?

• Clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Clean, monitor, and maintain location assigned
• Take before and after pictures of work and be able to send to manager
• Heavy dusting and wiping of doors, window sills, outlet plates, vents, etc.
• Occasionally use commercial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums and buffers.
• Ability to assist in training new employees, giving direction, and following systems
• Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
• Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 3 hours).
• Ability to visually verify cleaning is up to standard and locate and inspect unit accurately.
• Ability to wear a face mask or covering and other personal protective equipment.

Whats a successful commercial cleaner look like?

• Good time management skills
• At least 18 years of age or older
• A personal drive to want to grow within the company
• Reliable, Reliable, Reliable
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Some prior detailed cleaning experience preffered
• Driver's license/transportation are required for the Job
• Must be willing to give background check
• Must be self-sufficient and have good communication
