The position requires attention to detail, keeping the outside of the building free of trash, dusting doors on the building, keeping corners free of spider webs, etc

Qualifications:- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Clean public and common areas.
- Clean and polish all public and common area floors.
- Maintain storage closets clean and organized.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Bending and stooping.
