The Kitchen Leader execution of Suwanee Rd sales goals by creating fresh, fast, and safe food to our guests. This role is required to work 40 hours a week, evening shifts 2:00pm-Closing and must have availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Operational Discipline

Strategic execution of each position in Primary, Secondary, Breading and Prep areas of the kitchen.

Effective leadership and communication of behavioral disciplines to all kitchen team members to achieve results.


Performance Expectations

Lean Expectation

Lean Should be followed 100% of the time (Minus major sales change scenarios such as: Extremely Low Sales % changes, Extremely High Sales % changes, or Natural Disasters/ Pandemics


Catering Expectation

All orders should be completed by expected time written on the board and planned in advance to perform to exceed guests’ expectations


Third Party Audits

Maintain an Elite Food Safety Score, a Deloitte Audit score 95 or better, and a Health Inspection score of 97 or better


Administrative Duties

Track team members' attendance, tardiness, and behaviors.

Uphold disciplinary systems, document coaching, and assist in evaluations


Team members/Leaders Training & Development

100% completion rate of Food Safety Checklists and other Food Safety Initiatives.

Train and retain employees to be skilled in all areas of the kitchen

Identify, grow, and develop a team member to become your replacement


REQUIREMENTS


In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
