Kitchen Supervisor- Corrections
Salary: $15 – $16 per hour
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Openings: 3-4
Shifts: 4:30am –12:30pm,
8am – 4pm
9:45am – 5:45pm
Summary:
The Kitchen Supervisor supervises inmate workers to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans.
Essential Functions:
· Supervises preparation and serving of meals while ensuring proper portion and special dietary requirements.
· Oversees the completion of tasks.
· Completes production paperwork and/or sanitation paperwork essential for compliance with Aramark and facility procedures.
· Communicates skillfully both written and verbally.
· Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
