Landscape Construction Foreman Job at Snyder's Landscape Design, Inc
Responsibilities:
· Installation and Construction of Landscapes. This includes, but is not limited to: Hardscape Installation, Softscape Installation, Water Garden installation and maintenance, and mulching.
· Delegating tasks and overseeing the use of tools and equipment.
· Use LMN software to clock into jobsites for the crew.
· Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times.
· Use of equipment such as a Mini Excavator, Track Machine, Cormidi, and Plate Compactor.
· Keep track of receipts and invoices for each job in an organized and timely manner.
· Working with crew members in professional way for efficient project outcomes
· Leading by example and setting the pace for landscape laborers
· Driving a truck/trailer, or dump truck to various locations to pick up material to bring to the jobsite.
· Coordination with Designer/Landscape Manager to interpretate construction and site plans.
· Interaction with the client in a professional manner.
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of landscape installation experience.
· Chauffer’s License or CDL and MDOT Medical Card.
· Ability to handle changing and challenging site situations
· Must be comfortable using equipment, driving a truck and trailer, and dump truck.
· Enjoy working outside in various weather conditions.
· Must be self-motivated and driven.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
