Lead Commercial HVAC Service Tech Job at White Mechanical Inc.
White Mechanical is looking to hire a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Commercial division! Service Technicians perform service, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning and heating systems. Service Technicians are issued an all expenses paid company vehicle with advanced company tooling. Installation experience is a plus! Qualified service technicians can expect to earn between $35-50/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency/service maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to use an iPad for payment and processing with consumers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- 5-7+ years of HVAC service experience required for Journeyman positions
- NATE Core strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
