We are looking for individuals to join our team as a line cook. Interested individuals must be motivated, team oriented, and be able to handle high volume. Previous experience in food service is not required, but is strongly preferred. Additionally, ServSafe or any culinary education is strongly preferred. Job Duties:
· Cook items following company recipes and procedures
· Keep line sanitized as outlined by local health guidelines and company policy
· Ensure the line is stocked with all necessary product for the shift
· Perform any and all assigned side work
· Assist with receiving and putting up stock
· Follow company standards with regards to plating
· Maintain kitchen equipment in clean and working order
· Season and cook food according to recipes
· Close the kitchen following company standards
· Take responsibility for the quality of product served
· Ensure freshness of food and ingredients
