• Full Time, 80 Hours Biweekly, Every Other Weekend and Holiday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm

What you need:

· Current PA Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

· Current CPR Certification.

· Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or able to obtain a Religious or Medical Exemption

What you do:

· Extends job offers to candidates and schedules general orientation and Guides candidate through post offer employment requirements.

· Supervises an assigned skilled nursing area and assigns work as appropriate. Provides instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care. Ensures that care, comfort and well being of the resident is attained in accordance with established standards and procedures. Performs nursing duties following licensure scope of practice.

· Performs resident documentation as required following Luthercare’s Medical Record Documentation standard.

· Administers physician ordered pharmacological agents, therapeutic treatments, peripheral IV therapy, and hypodermic injections. Observes, objectively interprets, records and reports resident’s response.

· Ensures that nursing care plans, charts, and treatment schedules are followed by nursing staff. Assists with admission and discharges of residents.

· Provides information/updates to nursing staff, supervisors, administration, physicians, and other disciplines as appropriate to coordinate continuity of care.
