What you'll be doing:
- In this role, you will:
- Assist in the delivery of nursing services to residents and provide direct care as determined by resident condition
- Chart in the EMR system
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to best serve residents
- Supervise nonprofessional staff in daily delivery of resident care
- Evaluate and record resident needs and responses to medication
- Prepare or assist with new admissions, transfers, discharges
- Complete incident forms
- Transcribe and carry out physician orders, notifying family and physician as directed

Qualifications:
- Active LPN certificate or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current unencumbered LPN license in the state of WA
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in geriatric nursing
- Excellent written and oral communication
