Facility Maintenance
Pay: $20-25/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-Hire
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain and repair facilities and equipment including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Must have electrical experience. (1 year minimum)
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Safety sensitive must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Preferred experience in the gas/oil industry.
