Job Description:
Our Brookfield Properties Multifamily Team is looking to bring on seasonal help to assist our maintenance team during our busy season. This role will aid the Maintenance Technician with apartment turns, painting and basic maintenance tasks.

Assists Maintenance Technician with Managing Apartment Turns & Preventative Maintenance. Assists in managing Work Orders.
Requirements:
- Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Regular, consistent and timely attendance required
- 1 year basic general maintenance experience
- This position requires a High School Diploma/GED
- Attention to detail and personal accountability

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
