Riddle’s Jewelry is seeking a Management Level Employee with a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business to join the Riddle’s Jewelry team based in Salina, KS.

The Retail Manager-In-Training position is for individuals that have a true drive to develop themselves and desire to take on a leadership role within a retail store in the future. Their primary focus is on the timely completion of the Riddle’s Retail Manager Training Program and assisting with the daily operations of the store. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Manager Trainee is extremely self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully. Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility.
