- BS in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering of electro-mechanical devices
- Experience creating manufacturing and testing procedures
- Setting up a production line, including inventory management
- Soldering experience is highly desired.
- Lean or Six Sigma Greenbelt is preferred

- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with existing processes and products and make modifications and improvements as needed.
- Design, development, modification, and analysis of manufacturing and assembly processes, products, and
devices
- Create work instructions and complete training for manufacturing staff
- Some travel to other facilities in North America may be required.
