Job Title: Marketing Associate

Reports to: Marketing Director

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Provides support for sales and marketing activities across all branches. Looking for someone who is a team player, flexible and willing to learn and try new things.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate logistics for all events whether in-house or external, for all our vendors.
• Advertising, customer mailings, newsletters, e-newsletters, social media
• Manage customer database.
• Coordinating apparel and seasonal in-house marketing requests.
• Supervisor may assign additional duties or requirements.
• This role is based out of our New Hyde Park, NY Headquarters.

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Organized and Efficient to Handle Multitasking Environment
• Computer Skills Including Windows Knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Financial and budget control experience.
• Adobe Suite experience a plus.
• Constant Contact Experience and Wix Web Management a plus.
• Valid and clean state driver’s license to travel to local branches as needed.
