POSITION: Marketing Manager

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Practice Manager/ Owner- Doctor

JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day management of marketing initiatives with a heavy emphasis on social media platforms, posts, campaigns and ensure brand consistency with Repta Plastic Surgery and Central Scottsdale Surgery Center.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3-5 years of social media management experience

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

· Expert knowledge and use of social media platforms

· Strong understanding of marketing strategy

· Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

· General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and web content

· Expertise in Social Media Platforms

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage and maintain all company Social Media Platforms. Including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

· Conduct research to analyze market trends. Create reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

· Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

· Work with practice management to create and implement social media strategies-weekly, monthly.

· Ensure brand consistency.

· Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between patients, followers, and the company, and ensure a positive patient experience.

· Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms.

· Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.

· Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

· Ability to create video and edit photography pertaining to social media posts.

COMPENSATION: Salary pay rate. Benefits are per those provided all full-time employees. DOE.
