LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY (HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE /3 DAYS ONSITE)
COMPENSATION: $24-$26/hour
The SMCP Group is a combination of two Parisian Contemporary Luxury Ready-To-Wear brands for Women/Men - Sandro + Maje. Since 2011, we have grown to over 168 points of distribution across the US + Canada in addition to our online business. As we move forward, we are still continuing to grow our business in North America.

The Marketplace Coordinator is a key role on our Ecommerce/Digital team.
What You'll be doing:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage all product data and product information in systems across all retail partners.
- Compile product copy & information into partner templates adhering to strict turn-in deadlines.
- Coordinate image assets from photoshoot reception, retouching to EPartners final asset deliveries.
- Track product activation and lead time for all partner sites.
- Constant audit of the sites ensuring brand alignment across all channels.
- Coordinate marketing exposure opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track order flows to ensure there are no outstanding orders; communicate with the warehouse and Logistics team accordingly.
- Monitor and troubleshoot delays and fulfillment issues that may arise with the Logistics team.
- Review and monitor delivery flow into Canada for local EPartners and liaise with Logistics team on escalating delays.
- Support the launch of new marketplaces from an operational perspective.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies that result in cancelled orders; work with Logistics team to reconcile.
- Work closely with counterparts in Paris to ensure alignment on best practices on all systems, continuously.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years' experience in a related field
- Prior experience with Mirakl Marketplace platform is a plus
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Collaborative nature with a willingness to take initiative
- Fast learner with a desire to work within E-Commerce in the retail/fashion industry.
