 MATERIALS SPECIALIST II - SAP ADVANCED KEY USER
 VANCE, ALABAMA – TUSCALOOSA PLANT
As a member of the Materials team, the Material Specialist - SAP Advanced Key User will be responsible for using, training, and troubleshooting the Warehouse Management System with the materials team at the Tuscaloosa Plant and other manufacturing sites across Lear’s US Operations.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage, monitor, and support with WM system troubleshooting issues
 - Oversee and support the Key users and end users of the WM system
 - Train new hires/existing hires to make them familiar with the WM scanning system
 - Shop floor warehouse support to the operations team
 - Ensure that the processes are documented and strictly followed
 - Maintenance of the user manual for the operations team
 - Maintain all the master data associated with the warehouse management system
 - Support the implementation of warehouse management system to other facilities
 - Monitoring for inventory accuracy in the WM system
 - Assure new hires are set up with proper access
 - Manage engineering changes to avoid excess/obsolescence
 - Be able to make suggestions and new ideas to further continuous improvement
 
Your Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience with troubleshooting warehouse management systems, preferably SAP
 - Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Travel will be light in the first year of the role, but travel will be consistent after the first year
 - Good understanding of the warehouse management processes – receiving, put away, replenishment and line feed
 - Must have strong communication and warehouse personnel interaction skills
 - Understand master data associated with the warehouse management system
 
Bonus if you Have:
- Previous experience working with SAP in a warehouse environment
 - Previous experience working in a JIT Seating assembly operation
