Shift Differentials on the weekend as well!
Sign on Bonus: $750-$1,000

Job Description: In this role, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
- Supporting all residents living with dementia in a person-centered methodology, guided by individual care plans
- Documenting and assessing interactions, behaviors and progression of dementia.
- Communicating with entire care team for any changes to help maintain high quality of life for all residents living with dementia.
- Facilitating one on one and group activities with persons living with dementia.
Qualifications:
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
Education:
- Highschool Diploma/equivalent
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
