This position is a direct labor position performing work on customer and company owned units. The work is multi-faceted and may require unit evaluations, unit tear down and rebuild activities, testing and verification activities, pusher axle installations, and installation of options to a unit. Critical and creative thinking skills are necessary to adequately address damaged units undergoing the rebuild process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will:

· Assist with the Certified Rebuild program at Cemen Tech to ensure all equipment serviced is to the established company specifications.

· Perform thorough evaluations of equipment to assess the necessary actions and parts to rebuild the unit.

· Installation of pusher axles to the established process.

· Installation of unit options to specifications.

· Testing and evaluation of completed units for proper operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS

· High School Diploma/GED.

· Proven mechanical background with knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a plus.

· Agricultural mechanical background is helpful.

· 1 – 2 years welding experience is preferred.

· Willingness to get a Class B CDL license.

EQUIPMENT

This position requires the following equipment/tool abilities:

· Shop tools including hand, pneumatic, and electrical tools.

· Use of grinder, welding and plasma cutting tools.

· Use of a power operated vacuum and power washer.

· Knowledge of overhead crane and forklift operation.
