Journeyman Mold-Maker

Located 30 minutes north of Seattle, Dillon Works specializes in the design and fabrication of the
more adventurous custom-themed dimensional and architectural elements. Our projects include
themed elements within shopping malls, retail venues, amusement parks, casinos, exhibits, displays,
restaurants, signage and more. If you are a creative person that enjoys the challenges of fabricating

We are currently seeking an experienced Mold-Maker to work in our Sculpt and Mold Shop. We offer
a competitive benefits package and a wage in the range of $25 to $29 per hour, DOE, for this
position.

Basic Function
This is not an entry level position. You must be an experienced mold-maker, adept at reading
blueprints & have significant experience building plaster, urethane and hand lay-up fiberglass
molds. You will be working collaboratively with our talented design team and other fabricators, and
under the supervision of the Sculpt-Mold Shop Supervisor.

Qualifications: Must be an experienced mold-maker, adapt at plaster, urethane rubber and hand lay-up

fiberglass mold-making.
  • Adept at reading blueprints, following direction, and making changes on the fly.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with plaster and fiberglass mold construction.
  • Able-bodied and able to lift 40 lbs.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be a team player who gets along well with coworkers.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
  • Must adhere to safe shop practices and use all provided PPE
