How GFM works

GFM has a tailored business model with a proven track record that allows for an industry high conversion ratio, provided the right candidate with the skill set we require is executing it. WE PROVIDE High Value Quality LEADS daily and our model sets up apart from our competition. These are NOT generic mailers or Portfolio leads. Typically we provide purchase leads that already have contracts or at the submitting offer stage. This puts you in a position to CLOSE now and not nurture the lead for 6 months. Typically purchase price range between 350-750K. MUST have expertise and EXPERIENCE in originating Purchase loans for Conv, VA and FHA financing and be able to CLOSE. We expect a 8-10% conversion ratio with these leads, pricing and the tools provided.

To that end, this specific job is not for everyone, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLOSE! Your skill set must include more than being able to take a 1003. You must not only have an in-depth knowledge of mortgages and finance, but you must be able to articulate that to your clients in an understandable format. Do NOT apply if you are just an order taker, as our model is not set up for you to succeed. Customer service really does mean something to us and is not just a tag line that sounds good in the job description. Responsibilities: You will be required to work M-F typically, 9am to 6pm. You will make direct calls as well as use our CRM to contact new and aged clients via Text SMS, VM drop and Video messaging. Once you've engaged our customers you will find out what their specific financial goals are and structure a solution that works best for them. These customers will all have applied for financing with GFM through one our lead generation partners. You will take the application and determine which financial product best meets their specific needs. You will remain in contact with your clients throughout the loan process to insure the highest level of service to our clients. You will work with your Team Lead and be expected to fund 8-10 loans per month minimally with our business model after your first 60 days of originating. This will put you in a 200k+ comp range with the potential to be a top producer if your closing 15+ per month.

We will be looking to advance Top producers into Team Lead roles so that they can hire and develop their own Production Teams. Top producers can expect to earn between 200-300k per year with our comp plan.

Requirements: MUST have TEXAS NMLS license as well as the ability to get or be licensed in Florida, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas. Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this criteria.

• Highly motivated, ethical, organized and results driven
• This is NOT a remote position. Remote days are available though when needed
• Comfortable and confident in your understandings of purchases as well as other mortgage products
• Firm grasp and understanding of mortgages and how to best apply that knowledge to your customer's needs.
• MUST have STRONG phones skills and follow up with customers and new leads daily.
• Comfortable in a high energy, fast paced environment and maintain your pipeline
• Ability to LISTEN to consumers and offer viable financing solutions that best meet their needs.
• Offer FIRST CLASS customer service to our clients which sets us apart from our competitors.
• MUST be a STRONG phone closer(If you are an order taker you will NOT succeed)
• Strong organizational, email, verbal, written and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Calyx LOS or other systems.
• MUST HAVE 2-5 years of CURRENT mortgage lending experience.
