NCCCO Rigger Job at BRAHMA GROUP INC
Currently hiring a certified NCCCO certified Rigger for a long-term contract in Cameron, La.
Requirements:
- NCCCO Certification for Rigging is required
- Be able to drive (standard/manual transmission) and back a semi-truck and trailer on the yard only. Driving within the yard only. No road driving.
- Minimum of three years’ experience rigging up various loads for cranes
- Experience and knowledge of crane operations
- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation regarding safety around crane operations and loads
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibility for daily inspections, participating in critical lift planning, and safest practices
- Ability to function in a team setting working with other operators to fulfill the sites' needs
- When not rigging, workers are expected to assist in other areas when needed.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and physical prior to starting work.
- Must have current TWIC card
