Network Analyst/System Administrator II at Fort Belvoir, VA
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers.
2. Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability.
3. Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points.
4. Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks.
5. Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment.
6. Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN
Education
Some Technical College courses preferred but not required.
Baseline Certification: A+ CE, Network + CE, Security+ CE, or SSCP, or CCNA-Security
OS Certification: Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
Experience
5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments
