North Carolina Licensed Psychologist or LPA Job at Cumberland County CommuniCare Inc.
A Local non-profit has a current opening for a Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) to conduct psychological testing/evaluations/assessments for adults and youth involved in the court system. The candidate will also complete parenting assessments and evaluations, court-ordered forensic competency screenings, family based needs assessments as well as psycho-social assessments and mental status/diagnostic screenings as appropriate. Must have a minimum of a master’s degree and be registered with NC Psychology Board. Requires testing credentials. Requires strong interpersonal, organization, time management and communication (written and verbal) skills, experience with diverse populations, knowledge of community resources, Medicaid billable and criminal background check.
