Job Description
Office Specialists are responsible for overall front office activities while providing excellent service to our customers.
Office Specialists are responsible for overall front office activities while providing excellent service to our customers.
- Performs all general administrative tasks
- Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly
- Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone
- Responds to inquiries from employees
- Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material
- Performs day-to-day operations of the office
- Billing/Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Plans and prioritizes workload to meet set deadlines
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Operates office equipment as required
Qualifications
Additional Information
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to type with sufficient speed and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent phone and communications skills
- Neat, Professional appearance
- Ability to work well with others
- Highly Ethical
- An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
