Base salary $45,000-$50,000
M-F 6:30am- 3:00pm
Bi-lingual preferred - English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole
Position Summary:
Supervise and manage associates according to company and customer policies at the customer site. Address policy and/or performance violations after investigation and take appropriate action through coaching and counseling or termination based on investigation. Work closely with customer on day-to-day needs, address concerns and build customer relationship. On-site safety inspections and safety investigations. Based on worksite and customer set up, may recruit, interview, hire and on-board staffing associates at the customer site.
Primary Duties and Other Responsibilities include the following:
- Selectively exercise sound judgment in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, placement and training of all associates ordered from customers and in compliance with State and Federal laws.
- Use judgment in making recommendations or matching the best qualified candidate for the position.
- Complete customer specific orientation and training for associate employees.
- Coach and counsel placements when they fail to perform adequately for the customer
- Report and investigate injuries, harassment, bullying, violence, and discrimination complaints from associates.
- Play a primary role in maintaining customer satisfaction by participating in safety and production meetings at the customer site. Ensure customer needs are being met through email, phone and in person follow-up conversations
- Monitor daily time and attendance utilizing the time keeping system.
- Listen to customer complaints or concerns and develop a plan(s) to resolve the issue(s). Escalate the plan for approval prior to submitting to customer for matters of significance.
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and have high visibility on the customer production floor.
- Communicate all OSHA / Labor Law changes for your area to the appropriate staff and that all signage is correct and up-to-date
- Meet payroll deadlines.
- Supports and attends all process and compliance trainings.
- Create a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce

- High level of discretion and independent judgment
- Ability to work independently or with peers with little to no supervision
- Ability to address issues as they come up
- Critical thinking and ability to defuse volatile situations with customer and/or associates
- Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure

Education and/or Experience: High School education or equivalent.
Language Skills: Fluent English and Haitian Creole or Spanish Preferred
