Purpose:

The E-Commerce Support Associate will experience a high-energy sales culture and uncapped earnings potential! We provide best-in-class paid training to give our E-Commerce Associates the skills, knowledge, support, and opportunity needed to excel with our Guests and grow their business. Our Ecommerce Sales Associates work directly with our Guests helping to design their dream home with upscale furnishings and home décor through an Omni Channel selling approach. We believe in “Making Homes Great” for our Guests and associates.

General Description of Duties:

• Greet and connect with our Guests calling our sales line or interacting on our website to build relationships and customer loyalty
• Determine our Guest’s needs and style preferences then collaborates to design a solution with a variety of furniture and décor options that are personalized to their lifestyle and needs
• Utilizes an organized approach for tracking Guest leads and regularly reconnects with Guests and leads regarding upcoming promotions and sales
• Works independently and in a cross-functional team to ensure a great experience for every Guest
• Assist Guests with financing, product selection, delivery and provides excellent follow-up after delivery to ensure ultimate Guest satisfaction
• Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge and keep a focus on learning and development

Qualifications:

You do not need retail sales and/or furniture experience to be successful in this role. Our thorough paid training program will provide complete support to ensure you are accurately trained and educated.

• 1-3 Years’ Experience in a furniture retail environment
• Great communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfort with technology and managing CRM systems
• High energy with a positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed
• Resourceful and self-directed individuals
• Coachable associates always looking to improve and grow
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required
