WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Manage and oversee a minimum of 4 restaurants to ensure the penetration of sales and gross profits
- Provide leadership to the Operations Development Team to ensure all operation tasks and projects are consistent with company policy and restaurant growth plan
- Plan, implement, and manage the company’s strategy and planning per assignment
- Support operations with the enforcement of company policies and standards
- Work with leadership team to identify and lead the development of new brands including new identity development, portfolio management, new restaurant opening tasks, and store management development
- Work closely with other departments such as HR, Accounting and Marketing in coordinating & managing monthly/quarterly objectives, and developing new projects to improve Restaurant’s operation.
- Onboard, train, and develop new Managers and operations development team members
- Provide overall leadership and ensure successful management of KPI performance for store managers
- Manage and evaluate Managers’ performance and strategically plan to improve performance
- Lead cross functional teams, drive key initiatives, and collaborate with other departments or outside partners
- Lead small and large scale events
- Conduct objective evaluations to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and brand standards
- Travel as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years management or office administrative experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working at full service restaurant
- Bachelor's degree
- Broad exposure to Restaurant Business Operations
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as listening skills
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, high growth, entrepreneurial
environment - Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
- Must be detail and solutions-oriented
